I would like to see how this plays out in light of the new facility that was or is to be built. Obviously the last "controversy" might have been a blip on the radar screen, or something more.

I think the PA legislation, tax rates, and the deals that were implemented were good. However, like I said from the very beginning of the VLT discussion -- there should be mandatory legislation and requirements that require specific dollars to be allocated for racing aspects besides purses. Improvements to the facility -- the racing side of the facility, the backstretch, the track, and so on.

This is where the horsemen didn't see the forest through the trees.
