Its always "Hall of Fame Rider Gary Stevens", or G. Stevens or Gary Lynn Stevens. Never simply Gary Stevens yesterday you could actually see real tension between Schrupp and the Sarge. The Sarge looked like he wanted to deck Schrupp, and frankly, who could blame him. Some of it is interesting but its mostly comedic. |

I can't tell you if the on-air talent are good handicappers or not. I don't pay attention to their picks, or how they turn out -- it's just not my motive for watching the show. However, as far as on-air talent goes, I am not overly impressed with some of the members of the cast. What I do like about the show is being able to get a different than normal perspective. I may not like Jerry Bailey's delivery, style or on-air persona, however, I like the content -- I like his perspective, and you won't get that from anywhere else. That, I like. With on-air talent, people tend to look at content and context. Eric |

![]() Just as an FYI -- with the exception of a couple of years out on her own, I think Kim has worked for Gary for more than 15 years. She's been in the program before when Gary had days, and she was on her own for a couple of years and had good exposure. She did very well in an interview last year at the Spa.
