I'll ponder the odds later, although I find it interesting that Street Sense is in 8.

But I find Chelokee's post position in the Barbaro Stakes even more intriguing. Gave me a little chill.

Think SS will be even money.

Curlin 5-1 or higher.

XChanger closer to 25-1 than 15-1.

Hard Spun 3-1

Very possible. But even or 4-5 is my guess.

Street Sense will be shorter than 7/5

If not for the fact that hopeless longshots always take much more support than they should, in big races, over the last couple years---it would have been very safe to assume he'd be less than even money.

This looks to be a good betting race beside Street Sense..

If SS does not run his race(which i mean find the rail) it could be nice payday for some

Hard Spun will go at 3/1 at worst and if Curlin gets some momentum Hard Spun could be had at 4 or 5/1

Nice price though on Circular Quay

Who said the Preakness undercard stinks? Those six or whatever stakes races are full and juicy.

I think CQ at 10-1 plus would be very enticing

If I can get 4 or 5-1 on Hard Spun then I'll be all-in though. . .

Street Sense will win the Preakness by as many lengths as Calvin wants!

Somerfrost is obviously just jealous that one of my can't lose in a million years 2yo first-time-starters just won nicely going 4 furlongs at Golden Gate, and paid a whopping $7.40
