Default Flashy Bull

Wow! I did not even pay attention to the racing this week besides Saturday and low and behold look who is racing in about 20 minutes. Last time out, 5-6-6 in a little race known as The Kentucky Derby. Looks like an interesting race, that is if you can beat Minister's Bid. Small field. I think I'll watch but cheer on Flashy Bull.

Let's get the Minister home, been high on him and have him singled in the p4, we are alive to him as a single and the 1,3,4,8,9 in the 9th. My buddy is going to kick my arse if he loses, he kept saying to go deeper, but I was having none of it, live or die with the Minister....

Chalkfest city. $9 and $12 exactas are as boring as World Cup Soccer

You guys should just save your money till Saratoga. No reason to bet this race.

Nice pick. Looks like you were right about the Frankel horse.
I don't think I could pick an exacta in a match race the way i'm going recently.

Tim that exacta was one I touted since last evening. There was never a doubt in my mind that it could only be those two in that order. Actually had some value since they made Bull the 2nd choice. That was easy money.

Nice Mike. Flashy Bull looked pretty good considering the layoff. Racketeer hung but was good enough to go by the Bull for 2nd.

The bid was real green today and still won easily. Watch the replay, his ears weer completely pricked forward and flipping and continued so even as he pulled up and galloped out. He was having a ball out there. may seem like no big deal to win a non one allowance but that was one of the toughest non 1's in history. 3rd place runner ran in the Derby and was 3rd to Corinthian and First Sam, and the 2nd one was beaten narrowly by Point Determined and Ap Warrior. This was one tough nut to crack for a horse who had been layed off since April and had only one start. The final quarter was extremely slow but since the fractions were quick and he easily beat two tough horses with his ears pricked and goofing, he is indeed the goods. Hes a graded stakes horse for sure. Most likely in his next start.

Sure is. I mean look at what we saw for the Belmont Stakes 2 weeks ago, and that was a grade 1, what a freaking joke. I think this horse will be prominent in the summer 3 year old stakes and you may be looking at the post time favorite for this year's Travers.

As long as Bernardini is out there, there is no chance that MB is going to be the Travers favorite (nor should he be).
