Default The BBQ gets a nod from the T-U

Krista Gustafson of the Times-Union came by the BBQ on opening day with star equine photographer Barbara Livingston, and ate... My neighbor sent me this piece the rather fetching Gustafson subsequently wrote Monday.. Pretty funny..

I've had Steve's BBQ at Saratoga as well as the TC venues....and Ms. Gustafson certainly is accurate in her description of the scrumptious vittles.

That's a great write-up. I consider BBQ beef to be health food.

It can be health food if you take care of yourself with proper exercise. In my experiences, most vegetarians look pretty unhealthy to me. Beef is a good thing when eaten in the right amounts with vegetables and proper fitness.

I think its much more important to know what ateam and hooves think about the food. So what the verdict? Ohhhhhhh Kasept. I got some BBQ sauce made by a place down here that is the best I have ever had. I will send you some if you want. You can sample it and have it as an alternative maybe.

I guarantee it will go over extraordinarily well.

"as Livingston puts it, "You know it's a healthy lunch when you don't feel like you'll be burping it up all day.""

I can't agree with this unless....

A.) she's never eaten a cucumber

or

B.) Cucumbers aren't healthy

LOL
