Default Pletcher Runner Euthanized at Hollywood

Dont know where to put this, but heard that one of Pletcher's went down at Hollywood and had to be euthanized ... anyone have any info of who it was? DRF article doesnt really give much except taht a horse went down. I've heard it was one of Pletchers 'good ones' but that source is sketchy at best.

They have been having maintenance problems due to equipment breakdowns at that track...I believe they have been solved. The problems were visible so I don't see why any horse would work over it. A gallop would have sufficed.

That's a pretty silly response. You question the rides that jockeys give all the time. Does that mean that you can ride better than these jockeys?

The bottom line is that we all question people's performances at times. Just because we queation a move that someone makes, it doesn't mean that we are saying that we could do a better overall job than that person. We're just saying that we think the person may have made a mistake in this particular instance. Even the smartest and most successful people make mistakes sometimes.

It's not that unusual for a layperson to notice a mistake that a professional made.
