![]() I agree about Miss Finland, if you factor in her ability and that tiny weight she'll be incredibly hard to beat if she can run the 2040. She's my pick to win, and I'm hoping Grey Swallow will go well and run a place.

![]() Fascinating to see Gai Waterhouse giving the leg up to King Kieren. Aqua d'Amore probably has a bit to find to win, but will certainly get maximum assistance from the saddle. Fallon will ride those Oz jocks silly!

![]() what am I missing?
Grey Swallow ran really well in the States this year. hes been there for a while preparing for this race and seems to me to have a signficant class edge. and im getting a decent price. that Pompei horse scares me a little, but I bet Grey Swallow at shorter prices against better horses in the past. i will take the 6-1 I just got. maybe Im wrong and I just underestimate Australian racing. but if he runs anywhere close to the race he did in the Manhattan, i think he wins. ![]() FOO wins by a nose in his last racecourse appearance. What a story, and what a grand old boy he is! Racing to Win didn't stay, Grey Swallow was taken out of the gate by the vet to have a look; he was allowed to start but while he looked to be making a move before the last turn, he stopped and dropped out to last and stayed there.

i nailed that one. think my horse ran last. never would have had the winner. the horse had one win since he won this same race in 2003. thats not a good record. Repent |

how is it good? this horse has been a consistent money burner throughout the years. never been all that concerned with winning. I hate him. and after last night, I hate him even more. Repent |
