The king of the fairs, Carlos Figueroa had passed away at the age of 88. One of the most colorful characters on the backside in New England for many moons. A kind and gracious man had real style. If you have ever seen let it ride, he looked like the character played by the guy who played Roman Moronie in johnny dangerously. . I will never forget him helping my dad make it to the winners circle for the last winner we ever ran. It was pouring rain and we beat him in the race. He was old too, but that's the kind of guy he was. Rest In Peace
