Twin Spires and Youbet are blocking NY residents from live video. I'm assuming Xpressbet will follow suit.

Isn't the otb channel offered all over the state of NY on basic cable?

Default OTB Channel
Not in Onondaga County (Syracuse area) where I reside. No OTB here. The surrounding counties have OTB.
