Forgive me if this question:

1) Has been asked or addressed before.
2) Is not possible.
3) Is just plain stupid.

But I was wondering if there is any chance that NYRA could do the same thing that Churchill Downs did, and form their own separate wagering platform and TV network, just like TrackNet/Magna/CDI.

I have not followed this whole NYRA thing very closely. Does anyone know if this is possible?
