I called NYRAbets to see if they would let me use my existing account and NYRAbets declined. They don’t allow PA residents in PA to bet online. I use NYRAbets when I’m at Saratoga, but that’s it.
My buddy has 2 residences and switched his NYRAbets address from PA to FL and now he can use NYRAbets when he is sitting in his PA house. NYRAbets has to revisit their restrictions on PA residents.
