Default PA ADW restrictions lifted

Good news on ATR today from Johnny D. that the PA Racing Comission lifted the 35 mile radius restriction for tracks and ADW usage. That rule was absolutely unconstitutional in that it restricted free trade in an unfair manner. PA has a history of doing things like that and just figuring people will eventually sue them.

Took awhile, but a bad restriction was taken down, although not before funneling bets to a single ADW for years.

For that last 10+ years I was restricted because I lived within 35 miles of Harrah's Chester. They are a Harness/Casino in Chester, PA. I don't go there and don't bet harness. However, I had to use pabets.tvg.com because of where I lived. That's a subset of TVG, run through Oregon. I couldn't bet many tracks, especially UK and HK. No rewards or bonuses.

The track and SB horsemen got a cut of that. I'd have no problem using an ADW through them if it gave me a decent selection and benefits. A decent product. However, they selected the heavy-handed method. Good riddance.
