As I have shared previously, great raceday without Louisiana Derby overcrowding. Risen Star Stakes gained Grade 2 some years back. It often has better field than Louisiana Derby. Undercard graded races are all preps for corresponding La Derby card ones. Silverbulletday, err Rachel Alexandra, has Kentucky Oaks hopefuls each year.
