Why do they keep calling her a South African-bred Euro? How is she a Euro?
Aaah well...

The same way War Artist is - currently trained in Europe. I know, it's silly. She is and always will be a South African horse. War Artist is harder to peg; he was foaled in Australia, raced originally in South Africa and has gone through a couple of yards in Europe. He is currently in training in Germany, which does not make him a German horse!
