Predicting the outcome of these bowl games (2 - 5 weeks away) is very adventurous @ best. Unless you are really sharp, and just want to take a position on the opening line for a possible buyback, they're are to many variables.
1) Which team will have 14 players out with food poisoning?
2) Who gets arrested for rape or soliciting?
3) What coach (Lou Holtz) decides to suspend 17 starters 3 days before the game?
4) Who gets tossed for selling text books for second semester?
5) Who's in jail for drunk and disorderly conduct in Miami and New Orleans?
6) How much "whacky weed" do the visitors smoke in Hawaii? (happens every year)
This is QUITE different from betting a NCS future where you are offered mamouth odds and not laying 11/10.
Note to Mike: I've been called "everything" in my life, but NEVER a sucker. Trojan D and Pete's superior game plan win this one. (not to mention going back to Rose Bowl day's where Big 10 teams traveling to Cal. rarely did well against UCLA, Cal., Stanford and USC.)
