I didn't see any of his yearlings, but I'm sure that the majority of them have looked great because a large percentage of them can run. Form=function. I knew that Orientate was going to be a good sire based on how his two-year-olds worked at the sales this past year. A lot of them are beautiful-moving, powerful, precocious animals.
Orientate is a beautifully built and balanced horse himself. Another thing that I like about him so much is that he retired sound. I expect him to be right there in the top spots for sires in his second crop. I think that his first crop will have a very good year next year as well.
Another horse that I like a whole lot as a stallion prospect is First Samuri because he is a beautifully built and balanced horse. Also, he has the prestigious bloodlines to back him up. I'm really looking forward to his foals.
