If one is unable to complete high school, a tightrope rather than a ladder is used. We need to stop all the B.S. and deal with it. The fact that over half of African American males in Obama's hometown Chicago are 'too short' to get on the ladder is a huge dummy LIGHT ON.
We need to find new mechanics, that's for sure.
