Just went and confirmed this is a colder than normal winter in Southern WI. December high/low averages are 33/19; this year 29/11.6. January so far with an average of 28/13 is coming in at 20.7/6.1.
I was curious whether Anchorage is experiencing a warmer than normal winter
and found that with a December average of 25/14 they came in at 19.5/9.7.
