I still say the best looking women you will find at the track are the exerciser riders in the morning especially up at Saratoga. Most aren't exactly making a fortune either so if you buy them dinner you might get lucky. I speak from experience. Ok, I had to fork out a few dollars in the Irish gift shop store in the middle of downtown, but it worked.
