Halliburton is correct. Remember the "no-bid" contracts? Cost over runs?
Far fetched???? I don't think so.
Of course you won't find it in Halliburton's prospectus or current financial reports. At least not in the Wall Street Journal or Halliburton's website.
It continues to amaze me that some are so eager to believe that the threat comes from "outside" of the USA. The reality might just be too horrible, too abhorent, for believing citizens to possibly confront, let alone accept.
