there was no way for anything to be moved along once the republicans gained the majority in the house. they'd made no secret at all what their agenda was. it wasn't jobs, immigration, gun reform, any of that. just stonewall anything obama wanted done-whether it was good or bad.
it's a shame, but not surprising, that the aca is having these problems. they had all this time to get it done, and it's embarrassing that the exchange and website are so...bad.
but, i find it somewhat funny that people are up in arms about their current plans being ditched. hello. it's all been out there for years, it's not like it suddenly snuck out of the bushes.
