I dont agree Playa. Some of us have more to do than spend 6 hours at a racetrack. We have lives outside the sport (at least some of us do), spouses, houses/apts to take care of, hobbies that promote good health, etc etc. To call someone not a fan because they watch primarily on TV isnt accurate.

While I enjoy and look forward to mornings at Saratoga racetrack, the afternoons can drag on and on, combine the long time between races and the normal August heat here and most of the time I'd much rather be sitting in air conditioning getting stuff done between races than sweating through the 28 min between races in terrible heat and humidity.

The mornings are great because the weather is always better in the mornings versus the afternoons and you dont get the creepy Coors Light county fair types roaming around with their pot bellies hanging out of their shirts.
