Default 'lincoln' and connecticut

not sure if anyone has seen this story over the last couple weeks. a connecticut congressman has taken umbrage over the film lincoln, and it's portrayal of conn. voters as all voting against the 13th amendment.

hello....it's a movie, not a documentary. if we start demanding complete historical accuracy, it would guarantee lifetime jobs to people having to go back and re-do movies...
braveheart immediately comes to mind. then there's the russell crowe 'robin hood'-my daughter called after seeing it, to ask me if i had known that robin himself wrote the magna carta and forced ol king john to sign it. i had to concede that i didn't know that.
