funny thing about temporary tax changes. they are always anything but.

people need a dose of reality. we had a president who pushed thru 'temporary' tax cuts so that we would see job growth (which hasn't happened) while spending trillions on two wars with no increase in taxes to pay for it.

so, less jobs than when the cuts were enacted, which means less revenue. also means more needing assistance.
then there's the fiction that wars mean growth. so, huge budget hits, with no corresponding increases in funding to pay for them.

a double-whammy. well, a triple actually, counting two separate wars.

and then people yelp that we 'can't raise taxes'. bullsh!t.
