Both candidates have been telling half-truths every day. That is basically what propaganda is, a half-truth. They tell you something that is partially true, but it is very misleading because they leave out a key piece of information. Both candidates try to intentionally mislead you with these half-truths.
I admit that Romney does it all the time. But Obama does it all the time too. If one guy constantly lied and the other guy was very honest, then that would be something worth talking about. But considering that both these guys do it like crazy, it's kind of silly to make a big deal out of it. They both do it like crazy. If you're going to condemn one candidate for it, then you need to condemn the other too.
The Obama campaign was trying to fool old people into thinking that Romney and Ryan want to take away their Medicare, when in fact the Obama campaign knows that the Romney plan would not affect anyone over 55 years old. That is a perfect example of what these campaigns do. They try to scare people by misstating the other candidates position.
