Of course that is an outright lie, as Romney has stated repeatedly he's against abortion even in case of rape/incest, he will defund Planned Parenthood, and he's run on a strict anti-choice platform this entire election cycle.
His campaign fact-checked Romney's statement as wrong and corrected it within an hour.

You obviously don't mind liars. You love the biggest liar out there, Obama. If Romney does lie, why would it even bother you? All of Obama's lies don't seem to bother you.
Considering that Obama has been caught in about 150 documented lies, you are going to have a hard time convincing anyone that Romney is a bigger liar than Obama.
