and you're right. i praised a competitor to a potential customer-yeah, i got the customer. doesn't always work that way-but i know i'm immediately turned off if the best thing someone else can say is how bad the other guy is. and i know i'm not the only one that feels that way. but unlike in business, negative campaigning works in politics.
