Man arrested in South Philadelphia attempted abduction identified.
His name is Carlos Figueroa- Fagot
You have all seen the video of him trying to grab that 10 yo girl off the street...He turned himself in after all the publicity..
He needs to change his name...maybe to something less offensive.
Something like Juan Figueroa-Fagot...
