Who are you yammering on to? Me? No. Felons on paper cannot vote. Felons off paper can vote. Illegals cannot and should not be able to vote. American citizens - even if they are a color you don't like - can vote.
And no, I've not defended Obama for what he's done to the Constitution, in fact much the opposite.
