Both Gary Sciacca(Gary Sciacca returned from a 120-day suspension on Thursday and promptly went to the winner's circle with the first horse he saddled. The trainer was suspended for a milkshaking incident at his barn that occurred while he was away on vacation. The actual milkshake, which Sciacca says was about to be administered erroneously to a horse one stall over from the intended recipient, never took place. He was held accountable by the Trainers Responsibility Rule.)
and Chuck Simond as have all the trainers with any kind of stable size have had a number of violations and suspensions!
Douge O'Neill's takes responsibility for his barn and runs a healthy prosperous stable and was found to not have been "milkshaking"any of his horses
This is obviously a east coast bias and the stuff shirts and the blue bloods just can't get over the fact that a horse with this pedigree and sales cost can elevate his game to this level
