If I go into a city and I know a person's name and address I could actually cast a vote as that person if they were a registered voter. You should be thrilled the second judge permanently overturned the Wisconsin Voter ID law today.
It will enable blaming cries of "voter fraud!" to continue unchecked if the recall election doesn't come out the way the Republicans hope.
