Saturday the President also announced plan for "insourcing" initiative based upon talks with CEO's (new tax credits for moving jobs home, disincentives for keeping jobs overseas); plus merging the six federal agencies to streamline business-government interaction.

I've noticed that my clients have started spending a little more freely. So perhaps the so-far-anemic turn-around is gaining strength.
