11/3: Churchill Downs (8th-12th)
Opening Day action was rather elusive Sunday except for $20+ hit on Gary 'Red Dog' Hartledge's On Fire Baby in co-featured Pocahontas. Quality portion of Breeders' Cup Week hits the oval at Churchill Thursday with excellent G3 Commonwealth anchoring the day's second half. Showers will pass through Louisville later this morning, but glorious conditions with sunny skies and 65-70 temperatures will grace the Downs and the Cup for the weekend.
'ATR' coverage of BC XXVIII continues Thursday with another round of selection discussion from show regulars and guests. Don't miss RacingUK's Nick Luck discussing all the Euro runners in Hour 2 Wednesday and Hour 3 Tuesday. My own opinions on Friday card up late this afternoon.
