Whenever I come up behind one of these, I set the cruse control, recline my seat all the way, put my feet on the dash, and wait for the passing lane to open. Then I slowly increase my speed with my right thumb until I pull even, give a few taps of my imaginary whip and I'm gone. I'm undefeated baby, just sayin.
