And excuse me, but I would be willing to put money on the fact that Kentucky has a ton more people that I would classify as "trailer trash." The state of Florida has some of the highest real estate values in the COUNTRY right now. Shiat, you'd have to pay over a hundred grand to even live in a double wide right now.  I could care less...
