You MUST know who they are since you continually call them criminals. I see no reason you and I shouldn't have a sit down with senior NYRA management so that you can tell them who these criminals are. I am quite certain they would greatly appreciate your help.
If you can't do this, then you aren't " just dealing in facts ", as you claimed earlier, and in fact are a disingenuous liar.
