Here are some funny things.

NYRA gave a $797,913 contract for Internet services to a firm owned by Michael Ferdman and his wife, Stephanie Leigh Schwartz, daughter of ex-CEO Barry Schwartz. That contract continues.

NYRA Paid two horse transporters $384,244 to move horses between the Belmont, Aqueduct and Saratoga tracks operated by NYRA. Some of the free transportation was for horses owned by NYRA board members.

With due respect, you're points are misdirected.. If you want to say the franchise is better off in the hands of a for-profit, then just say so and say why. But to drag dead issues up over and over and over is pointless. You continue to use the misdeeds of prior management to paint current management as responsible.

Frank Stronach paid his son $2-$3 million in severance pay for the job he held at Gulfstream less than 4 months... What's your point? That nepotism finds its' way into business? Change your moniker to "Revolation" then..

You continue to EVADE the germain issue that the Noe-Meyocks-Schwartz administrations are long gone at NYRA... You refuse to address that.

And not to pull the insights card, but you're off base on where the alliances lie in terms of the state government and the forces involved with the bidding.

AND.. the marketing company has been widely lauded for the excellent response(s) their campaigns had in Saratoga attendence and visitors to the city.

AND, the Shuttle is NOT for Board members horses.. It's for anyone's horses that stable up or downstate and have to travel up or downstate to run at AQU, BEL and SAR...

You want a corporate entity running racing in NY? Fine.. But stop with misinformation and redressing of issues unconnected to those that have been running NY racing since Barry Schwartz resigned. It's unfair and you're perpetuating fallacies.
