That contract does NOT continue. As for the specifics of Michael's work on the website, perhaps Barry should have forseen the appearance of a conflict of interest, but the facts ( since you are the self-proclaimed fact matron of this site ) are that his firm did the job and charged no more than any other competent firm would have charged for a comparable job.

Yes, they paid for transportation for those who paid to stable their horses at NYRA tracks other than the one currently racing. Nobody was treated differently, whether you were a trustee or Lael Stable or Joe Nobody, and this claim you, factgal, have chosen to use as an example was actually a distortion of the facts as no rules were broken.
