The one thing I will say is that if Block has some sort of agreement not to claim him or something, you HAVE TO ADMIT that running that horse for 40k is disrespect for the horse, given the circumstance...I don't mind the 100k because there is a .008 chance he gets claims out of there.....40k, there was alot higher shot of getting claimed.
