IF the people want more apples instead of fries, the article cited would reflect statistics other than "only 11% selected apples instead of fries even though 88% of them knew they had a choice." This is influenced by the first lady's personal opinion and some sort of pressure from the White House.

Mostly white 50-60 year olds in positions of power down in Washington and the board rooms across the country.
