Interesting article, but I don't think it will pass. I believe if it does pass a lot of trainers will be sending alot more horses to other tracks, and that will affect the quality of the races. I like the idea of no meds on race day even though I don't know much about the pros/cons of it. If no meds then all would be equal right? just asking as I'm just a gambler and not too much into the inner workings of training/racing. I know there are some on the forum that knows alot more about it.
