Total BS. Diseases dont willingly think of killing people. If you cant fathom the weapons that are now available compared to the Civil War, I feel for you. How do you think the Africans in Dafur are going to die? Why do they flee? Because of weapons that can kill a whole village easily. A group of 10 armed men can wipe out a whole village. They could kill 10,000 people easily. So they flee into a few wretched spots and starve. Do you think people still kill each other with rocks?
