Yeah, doubtful that would happen. A bill can't come out of an illegally held meeting. They are literally asking the judge to ignore her own decision and reverse herself - LOL They also asked the judge not to impose the penalty for them breaking the law on them, but just on future violators
All they have to do is repass the law. They are not doing that. Why?
Why are they spending thousands and thousands of Wisconsins dollars on an effort to defend a law that was passed illegally? Why don't they just pass it again legally and make everything moot?
There's a reason they are not just trying to pass it again (and it even needs less votes, as it's not a financial bill) - why is that?
Why are they going to try and attach it to a budget bill to get it to pass?
