and oddly enough a motion was filed to vacate the ruling because "State Justice Department attorneys asked the justices on Friday to immediately vacate Sumi’s decision.
They argue Sumi issued the decision completely on her own, didn’t offer anyone an opportunity to be heard and didn't consider whether striking down the law was the proper remedy."
