Just google Prosser says he'll complement Walker
It was from a campaign news release from Prosser's campaign in 12/10, so look for that original. Prosser later tried to walk it back and deny it. Try this for some background

It was heavily discussed during the campaign, and was the basis for two anti-Prosser ads shown in Wisconsin. You seriously are unawares of it? Probably one of the main reasons Prosser lost - saying you promise to be a non-impartial activist judge for Walker and the GOP isn't flying with Democrats or union folks right now - let alone independents that think
Supreme Court judges shouldn't promise to be political and "complement" the legislative and executive branches!
