IL Gov. Quinn (DEM) wants to explore the possibility of building a rail way from Union Station (west loop) of Chicago to O'Hare. BTW once you arrive at O'Hare it is more than a 2 block walk just to get to the basement of the ticketing terminal, then up a floor to get checked in and another 2 block to 1 mile walk to your gate so the handicapped and elderly aren't even a part of this brain fart.
