Yea, he hit over .300 in over 300 at bats at Fresno. Then, when he came back to the Giants, he took a hard foul ball to the face.
I guess it hit him dead flush, but he just got a concussion. He has shown some decent power at Dodger Stadium. When a pitcher is struggling with his control, this guy can hit pretty well
.... Actually, I think they just signed him because Uribe wanted them to. Have to think that Palin's youngest is probably a bit smarter than this guy. Be fun to watch him. They ain't gunna do any good. So, this would be at least one interesting thing about the team.
