Thank you for asking about my day Morty, I had a wonderful time. The wife and I took a drive over to Half Moon Bay and took a stroll on the beach. The weather was surprisingly warm and, in hindsight, I wish we had taken her Mustang because it was so warm we could have gone topless The car topless, not us, but I'll let your mind run with that as you wish... The crashing waves were very soothing and we watched several surfers ride the waves for quite a while - truly a gorgeous day. Surprisingly, my youngest brother was at that very moment up the coast less than ten miles surfing at another beach, unfortunately I did not find this out until later.

From there we drove to the Moss Beach Distillery for a light lunch. I had a draft Anchor Steam with a cup of clam chowder and the fish tacos. Very tasty! We drove back into HMB and went to a bookstore. I got one book, a Barry Eisler novel. I haven't read his stuff before but the guy in the store said his writing is similar to Vince Flynn and I love his Mitch Rapp books so I thought I'd give it a try.

Since I didn't sleep much last night, we headed home mid afternoon and I jumped into a hot bubble bath as soon as we got in. I started the new book but to be honest, this guy is no Vince Flynn I enjoyed a one hour soak in the tub and am now thinking about dinner as I type this.

Morty, I hope you had as enjoyable of a day as I did. So what did you do?
