Guess the steady 40 mph wind gusts today weren't enough to dry the courses. And the spring BEL meet is just around the corner.
So, it makes sense to save the courses as much as possible. Wouldn't want them being too soft for the spring/summer. After all, it's not like overly hard courses tend to be biased.
