That's a serious question. I haven't heard that in the coverage I've caught. And I live in California, and am an unabashed admirer of Zenyatta as a race horse for history.
I certainly know and accept the negative associated with "goose steps."
But for anyone born after....let's say...when reruns of
Hogan's Heroes ceased being widely played.....I think the phrase "goose steps" would be meaningless in significance.
Even with all the tax dollars we have given to education.
